MFT Card Design Superstar

Hi there!

Today I have two cards that I am entering into the MFT Card Design Superstar contest.

First up I have this card:

For this card I randomly stamped the flowers from the Blissful Blooms set and colored them in with Copics. I added some wink of stella to add some shimmer and then cut a stitched circle to add my sentiment which is from the Label Maker Sentiments set. This was stamped using Black versafine ink. I added some gel pen highlights to add more contrast.

Next up I have this card:

For this card I used the the current sketch challenge as my inspiration, as well as the color scheme from the current RIC challenge to get to this.
I started by die cutting the abstract cover die using white card stock. I then used a circle die to cut out a circle.  I colored all the pieces in with copics and added some wink of stella shimmer. I then pieced all the pieces together and adhered them on to a sold circle. I added a layer of glossy accents to give it shine and dimension.  The sentiment was heat embossed with red EP using the labels sentiment set.

I am working on one more card to enter this contest so I might be back later with another card :)

Thanks for stopping by :)

  8. I'm shocked! After seeing these cards I was expecting there to be a billion comments on this post. These cards are truly spectacular and I wish more people could see them. They have winner written all over them and I really hope you have some luck with the challenge. Your flowers are amazing and the part I like the most is how you went around each one with light blue, really makes them pop. And all that glossiness to your faceted card is incredible. Yay you, you totally rocked both of these!!!
